Another small control panel all finished and crated up! This board, designed built and programmed by Redline, is on its way to a repeat client in South Australia.

Breakdown support for a manufacturing client, online with the Siemens S7-300 PLC to track down an intermittent fault. Found to be a proximity sensor not being made due to a broken spring.

Helping a customer out with their automatic band saw - a PLC output had burnt out, preventing auto operation. I readdressed the output within the program to a spare. A plan has been made to install interposing relays when the new PLC arrives to stop this happening again. While onsite, I also took a backup of the HMI project, allowing for quicker replacement in the event if it's failure.

Final checks of a small control panel before being sent down to South Australia. Designed, built, and programmed by Redline in less than a week for an urgent project.

Last project of 2022- a small 5.5kW VFD conveyor build. Designed and built in an extremely short timeframe.
