Working hard over the weekend to complete another couple panels. Designed, built and programmed by Redline power & control.
Helping a customer out with their automatic band saw - a PLC output had burnt out, preventing auto operation. I readdressed the output within the program to a spare. A plan has been made to install interposing relays when the new PLC arrives to stop this happening again. While onsite, I also took a backup of the HMI project, allowing for quicker replacement in the event if it's failure.

Breakdown support for a manufacturing client, online with the Siemens S7-300 PLC to track down an intermittent fault. Found to be a proximity sensor not being made due to a broken spring.

A customer had an Allen Bradley Micrologix PLC go into major hardware fault. Managed to get them going but will be upgrading to a Siemens S7-1200 in the very near future.

Developing a plan of attack.. Customer has a very large, complex machine that is intermittently faulting - believed to be safety related. With a systematic approach and a plan in place - we can check all the related sensors, cabling, relays and related I/O efficiently during a scheduled maintenance period and hopefully find the issue.
Not having an exact spare for a burnt out motor meant having to build one using a combination of the old motor and a similar spare.
